Good Evening Truth Seekers! Isaiah 59-61 are proof of God's promised redeemer. It includes the prophecy that Jesus would come as the Isaiah 61 says, with the spirit of the Lord upon him and anointed to preach the good news to the poor, the broken hearted, and to set the captives free.
Mark 14: Jesus is getting close to the end of his earthly ministry. This passage contains harden hearts of the Pharisees, him being anointed with oil and his betrayal by Judas. Most importantly we see where Christ initiates the Lord supper instead of the passover. He is the passover lamb and will be sacrificed for many.
