Good Morning Truth Seekers! Please do not miss this important history in Christianity. The Lord God is bringing Pharaoh to his knees. The other plaques were faint compared to the death of the firstborn. It is the one that grieved an entire nation, and resulted in Pharaoh asking the Hebrews/Israelites to leave. Note the Passover, eat a lamb without defect, which is a type of Christ. He would be the lamb without sin. This feat was to be commemorated from now on by the Israelites. Don't miss the blood on the door frame, which is a pointing of Christ's blood that saves us. Lastly, don't miss because God spared the firstborn in Israel, he then asked that they all be consecrated for Him because they will belong to him. They should be offered to the Lord in gratitude and for servitude.
1 Thessalonians 2: Paul is writing to clear his name and to defend what he preached. S0me had misunderstood Paul's teaching on when Christ was going to return. Some of them had quit their jobs and was making stir about this matter. Paul in two establishes that he came with pure motives and a pure word of God. Paul calls their witness to them being holy, righteous and blameless. I pray this testimony for all of us; what will people say of you?
