Hebrews 4 is a warning against disbelief and an invitation to enter into the rest that comes with faith in Jesus. The invitation an warning comes in the form of, Today, if you hear his voice do not harden your hearts. It is essentially up to you if you believe or not. Therefore, God gives each person who hears the gospel the opportunity to chose life or death, rest or turmoil now and for eternity. We can enter into this place of peace with God because of Jesus who intercedes on our behalf. Will you approach the throne of grace and accept his offering to you and on your behalf?
