Leviticus 15-16: Hebrews 11:20-40

Good Morning Truth Seekers! Leviticus 15-16 continues to focus on approaching God for the sake of asking forgiveness and making a sin offering. It is necessary for us to confess our sins and to ask God for forgiveness. The offerings of the burnt and sin offering reminds us that the wage of sin is death. Meaning that when we sin against God we deserve death. 16 is atonement for an entire people. Israel is one nation under one God. He is holy and thus we are called to maintain holiness in order to be in obedient fellowship.

Hebrews 11 speaks of the faith of the many servants who God has used. Verse 6 says that without faith it is impossible to please God. I pray that faith produces pleasing service unto God. Does yours?
