Isaiah 47-49: Mark 12:1-17

Isaiah 47-49: God will deal with the Babylonians, re-establish himself as the God of his people and restore the holy city.

Mark 12:1-27 Jesus takes on the Pharisees regarding how they have treated prophets and even now the Son of God. In verse 12 they looked for way to arrest Him, because of their own guilt. I am amazed of how some people spend time trying to scheme on how to continue in doing wrong, verses just doing right. Most people know wrong verses right, but they just don't want anyone telling them they are wrong. I have learned that when you are the one thing standing in the between what someone wants to do, then you become the enemy. Jesus was that obstacle for the Pharisees.
