1 Kings 3-5: Matthew 6:19-36

Good Morning Truth Seekers! Solomon asked for a discerning spirit to rule God's people and was made the wisest to ever live. But what struck me was that God gave him what he did not ask for, and that was wealth, honor and long life. I know that if we put the most important thing first (God) we never have to worry about the rest. That is what he promised in Matthew 6, there is no need to worry as long as God is on the throne in heaven. He takes care of his responsibility, if we give the authority in our lives. It all adds up to peace: no worries. I hope you have it, the peace of God. It is a by-product of righteousness and God centered living.
